Carine M.Diverlus, She/Her | MEd, Registered Psychotherapist
Carine Diverlus is a Registered Psychotherapist, wellness consultant,
and founder of Pieces to Peace Psychotherapy & Wellness.
She has lived experiences as a Haitian, immigrant woman.
As a Black women's therapist, Carine utilizes her educational and personal expertise
to cultivate paths towards healing.
Carine’s therapy and consulting practice is rooted in Liberation Psychology; she uses an integrative therapeutic approach drawing from Psychodynamic Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. She draws on these approaches to inform her work in culturally responsive ways as a Black therapist.
Carine helps high achieving Black women and femmes dissatisfied with their lives, move past self-sacrificing, generational survival habits to actively and routinely engage in self-discovery habits, to create their version of a peaceful life.
In working with Carine, you learn to build healthy relationships, navigate life transitions, and embrace self-discovery. She is passionate about helping you understand and show up as your truest self by looking at the "why" of your situation.
Carine supports in creating a life where you are no longer surviving but thriving.
