Parenting brings a lot of unknowns. There are moments of connection—and moments that feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. You don’t have to navigate those alone.
This service offers space to pause, reflect, and find tools that support your relationship with your child. It’s not about getting it “right,” but about finding what works for you, with care and intention.

You are doing meaningful work. This space exists to support you in that, piece by piece.
Winnie is an Early Childhood Educator (M.Ed, birth to age three), behaviour professional (Child and Youth Care, Autism and Behavioural Science), and child development specialist with a focus on Montessori pedagogy and child and youth development. Drawing from interdisciplinary roots in psychology, sociology, and cultural studies, Winnie brings over a decade of experience designing and facilitating educational and developmental programs that support children in every area of growth - language, sensorial learning, practical life skills, and cognitive development.
Along the way, she noticed something missing. While young children often have access to programs and resources to support their development, the same cannot be said for parents—especially for parents from marginalized communities. In particular, Black parents are often left to rely on how they were raised, not because they lack the desire to do things differently, but because they lack access to tools and support.
Winnie’s work in parent coaching began from this gap. As more of us do the work of unpacking our own early experiences, we start to see that parenting doesn’t have to be a repetition of the past. When we understand our histories, we’re better equipped to parent in ways that are thoughtful, intentional, and healing.
Parent coaching offers a space for reflection, learning, and support. It’s a place where parents can better understand their child’s development, feel grounded in their role, and access guidance rooted in compassion not shame. With one-on-one support, caregivers are given the tools they need to shift generational patterns, support their children holistically, and feel more capable in their parenting journey.
