Psychotherapy and wellness services are generally not covered by O.H.I.P., but are most often partially covered by extended insurance plans. After payment for your session/service, you will automatically receive a receipt which you may submit for a claim with your insurance company.
Plans differ, so we ask that you check with your insurance provider regarding coverage and claim procedures.
Everyone’s needs and availability are incredibly different. While we encourage folks at the beginning of their journey to commit to bi-weekly sessions, we work with what is most feasible for you. Session frequency can be further explored within your intake session with your therapist.
We recognize and appreciate the differences between individuals. The amount of sessions you may need is dependent upon various factors and is largely dependent upon you as an individual as well your needs from this journey. As a practice, we are dedicated to longer term therapy with clients.
