Nadiatou (Nadia) Fagbemi is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She has
lived experiences as a Black-African woman and an immigrant. Leveraging on these
experiences and her training in counselling psychology, Nadia provides the support
to start on the path to the life you want to live.
Nadia's practice is based on a person-centered approach which incorporates an
integrative approach to therapy primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) lens as well as Narrative Therapy.
She works with women, predominantly racialized women looking to live their lives on
their own terms while rediscovering who they are and building supportive and healthy
relationships along the way.
Nadia offers a safe, non-judgmental and culturally inclusive space where you can freely
express and share your thoughts, wants ,and wishes.
