Lillian Lodik, She/Her | MSW
Lillian Lodik is a registered social worker with twelve years of experience from the University of Windsor. She is certified in crisis intervention, trauma informed care and single session therapy. As a Black counsellor, Her practice includes: mental health coping skills, building self esteem, trusting self and growth.
Lillian possesses outstanding abilities in her work as a Black female therapist supporting individuals who struggle with different types of substance use, trauma, depression and anxiety. She has assessed, monitored, reviewed and formulated a successful life skills training program for those in recovery with 90% success rate. She focuses on healing using models such as: psychoeducation, CBT, DBT, strength based, solution focused, narrative therapy and creating a unique integrated service plan (focusing on individual growth), strength based and solution focused therapy.
Lillian is an immigrant with extensive experience in settlement and integration practice.
She enjoys empowering women to use their full potential. She is passionate in helping people identify their challenges and learn skills to manage them. Her practice is centred around education, connecting to others, care providers, and working with inner self. She strives to do her best while helping clients foster self awareness and gain insight into their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
